Jointvibrant provides personal styling consultation services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

As a service-based business, our policies differ from those of product retailers. We are committed to providing exceptional service and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 rescheduling fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but rescheduling may be available for a $50 fee
  • No-show: No refund or rescheduling available

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment using the contact information provided below.

Cancellation by Jointvibrant

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.), we will:

  • Provide as much advance notice as possible
  • Offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost
  • Work with you to find an alternative appointment time that works for you

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation within the timeframes specified above
  • Service not delivered as described in the booking agreement
  • Technical issues preventing virtual consultation completion (for virtual services)
  • Documented service quality issues that we are unable to resolve

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed services where the client is dissatisfied with styling recommendations (as these are subjective opinions)
  • Items purchased by clients based on our recommendations (returns must be handled through the retailer)
  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date or cancellation. Refund requests must include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Date and type of service booked
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or details

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: $25 rescheduling fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: $50 rescheduling fee (subject to availability)

You may reschedule your appointment up to two times. Additional rescheduling may be subject to additional fees or require rebooking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our services and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your styling consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

  • Additional consultation time to clarify recommendations
  • Follow-up support and guidance
  • Adjustments to your style guide or recommendations
  • In certain cases, a partial refund or credit toward future services

Please note that styling recommendations are based on professional expertise and personal preferences, and individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that you will love every recommendation.

Product Returns

Jointvibrant provides styling consultation services. We do not sell clothing or fashion items directly. Any items you purchase based on our recommendations are purchased from third-party retailers.

Returns and exchanges for items purchased from retailers must be handled according to the retailer's return policy. We are not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased from other stores, even if recommended by us.

If you have concerns about items purchased based on our recommendations, please contact us, and we can discuss the situation and provide guidance on retailer return policies.

Ongoing Service Packages

For monthly or ongoing service packages:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds for unused portions of monthly packages are prorated based on services not yet received
  • Services already provided are not eligible for refund
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or contact form

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service issue that we cannot resolve directly, we encourage you to contact us first to discuss the matter. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may have rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. We will work in good faith to address any legitimate concerns.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page.

The policy in effect at the time of your service booking will apply to your service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
